Terms of service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms govern the use of the hosted service app.imprime.io (the “Service”), operated by Rémi Dufeu, entrepreneur individuel (EI), 990 boulevard Guillaume Apollinaire, 06600 Antibes, France — SIREN 888 062 460 (“we”). By creating an account, you accept them.

The Service is intended for professional use only. By creating an account, you confirm that you use it for the purposes of your trade, business or profession, on your own behalf or for the organization you represent.

Imprime’s source code is published under the Apache 2.0 license: that license, not these terms, governs the use of the code, including on your own servers. These terms only govern the Service we host and operate.

You provide accurate information and keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for what is done with your account and your API keys. Tell us without delay at contact@imprime.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service is currently free. Paid plans, billed monthly, will be introduced to cover hosting and infrastructure costs. They will be governed by terms of sale that you will have to accept before anything is charged: free use will never turn into paid use without your explicit agreement.

You must not use the Service to:

  • create or distribute unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  • generate fraudulent documents, such as fake invoices or forged certificates;
  • attempt to access other users’ data or to compromise the security of the Service;
  • overload the Service or use it in a way that degrades it for others.

We may suspend an account that breaches these rules, after notice when the situation allows it.

You remain the owner of your templates, images and data. You grant us the right to store and process them for the sole purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for holding the rights to the content you upload (images, fonts) and for having a legal basis for the personal data you send.

When your content or the values you send contain personal data, you are the controller and we act as your processor within the meaning of article 28 of the GDPR. In that capacity:

  • Subject and duration: we process this data to store your templates and render your documents, for as long as you use the Service.
  • Data and data subjects: whatever personal data you choose to put in your templates and values, about the people concerned by your documents (for example your customers or employees).
  • Instructions: we process it only to provide the Service, as described in these terms, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Confidentiality and security: only we have access to it, and we protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
  • Sub-processors: we use the providers listed in the privacy policy. We will inform you of any change, and you may object to it by closing your account.
  • Assistance: we help you answer requests from data subjects and meet your own obligations.
  • Breaches: we notify you of any personal data breach without undue delay, and within 72 hours at the latest.
  • End of the Service: we delete your data within 30 days of the closure of your account.
  • Audits: we provide the information needed to demonstrate compliance with this article.

We do our best to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided as is, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change. Keep your own copy of the templates and data that matter to you.

Our liability is limited to direct damages and, in any case, to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of business, revenue or data.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to contact@imprime.io. If we ever shut the Service down, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can retrieve your data.

We will inform you by email of any significant change to these terms at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account before that date.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the courts with jurisdiction over Antibes, France.
